Costly negligence

So sad to know, that so many disasters are caused by simple stupid negligence, or combination of greed and stupidity. And I'm pretty sure that the last train crash was one of them.

I, for one, have become so paranoid, that I tend to attribute even such instances terror attacks, even knowing full well they aren't!

Practices of unlowfully overworking the track drivers are bound to cause something like this eventually.
So I would say it was greed and negligence. And that is even more sad.

Irina, you are not alone. As soon as there were reports of the accident, there were rumors attributing the disaster terror attack, that even the media was asked to assure the public that it wasn't a terror attack.

Even sadder that we wait to fix a problem untill the shit hits the fan, and not a minute before. How many more diasters are waiting to happen, till we change the attitude?

I would like to point out that message starting "even sadder" and labeled Y.P is not me.
