The obvious confession

According to Mignews.com (Rus), Hezbollah has confessed that all of their actions are coordinated and approved by Tehran.
That was much obvious, the only question stands, what do they have to gain from this confession?

One possible explanation is that the Iranians want their neighbors to know who is the boss in town.
Another, that the Hezbollah want their rivals to know that there is a greater power behind them.
